Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Bishop Bob Roche, Senior Pastor

In January of 2020, Pastor Bob and Sharon Roche celebrated their 26th year at Green Leaves Church of God. During that time Pastor Roche served as Associate Pastor for seven years, leading to his transition into the Senior Pastor role in August of 2004. The Roche’s are blessed with one beautiful daugther, Tori. Pastor Roche’s primary focus is to proclaim the Word of God to the community so that salvation and living for Christ would be evident through the fruit of the Holy Spirit.


Reverend Joy Autajay, Associate Pastor/Children’s Ministries Director

Reverend Joy has been faithfully serving with Green Leaves Church of God for over 15 years and has earned her credentials with the Church of God  as an Exhorter/Christian Education.   Her primary focus is leading the Children’s ministries. 

 Reverend Paul Hildreth, Associate Pastor 

Reverend Paul Hildreth has been serving with Green Leaves church for over 15 years and has earned his credentials with the Assemblies of God. His primary focus is overseeing various ministries within the church.


Tori Roche, Worship Leader
Tori Roche has served in ministry with Green Leaves church of God for over 5 years.  Her primary role at Green Leaves church is ushering the presence of God into the services on Sunday mornings. She has also earned a degree in Christian Education.
Mark Martin, Financial Council member
Mark Martin has been an active leader in Green Leaves Church for over 20 years.  He currently serves on the Financial Council and is an usher with the responsibility of receiving offerings.
Midge Martin, Women’s Ministry Leader
Midge Martin has been serving in Green Leaves church for over 20 years.  Her primary role is encouraging women in their spiritual walk with the Lord.
